Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal / Enterprise AI Architect with 15+ years of engineering and technical leadership experience to define and drive our enterprise-wide AI strategy. In this executive-facing role, you will architect mission-critical AI/ML ecosystems, lead complex Generative AI and Agentic system deployments, and bridge C-suite vision with deep engineering execution across cloud, data, and security architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Enterprise AI Strategy: Define technical roadmaps, reference architectures, and multi-year AI governance frameworks aligned with core business objectives.
- GenAI & Agentic Systems: Lead the architecture of production-grade RAG pipelines, multi-agent autonomous workflows, and custom model orchestration across proprietary and open-source models.
- Infrastructure & MLOps Leadership: Oversee enterprise LLMOps/MLOps infrastructure, model serving optimization (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM), and FinOps strategy for large-scale GPU/TPU compute allocation.
- Data Architecture & Security: Partner with Data Leadership to establish vector storage, feature stores,



and real-time streaming pipelines while enforcing AI safety, guardrails, and compliance (EU AI Act, NIST).
- Technical Mentorship & Influence: Guide cross-functional engineering teams, foster innovation across AI/ML talent, and evaluate emerging technologies for long-term strategic advantage.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: 15+ years in software engineering, distributed systems, or enterprise architecture, including 6+ years leading production AI/ML initiatives and enterprise GenAI deployments.
- Technical Mastery: Python, C++, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex, AutoGen/CrewAI, and vector engines (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus).
- Cloud & Platform Infrastructure: Extensive expertise across multi-cloud AI suites (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI), Kubernetes, distributed compute (Ray), and MLOps platforms.
- Leadership & Executive Presence: Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership (CTO, CIO, Board) and lead multi-disciplinary engineering organizations through digital transformation.
- Education: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
