Salad Days is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations in Mumbai, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely dispatches, stock accuracy, and smooth coordination with operations and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock reconciliation.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and minimize expiry/wastage.
Manage warehouse manpower, attendance, shifts and productivity.
Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Central Kitchen and Stores teams.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Identify and control stock discrepancies, damages and losses.
Maintain warehouse MIS, reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety,
hygiene, safety and company SOPs.
Coordinate with vendors and transport partners for timely material movement.
Drive improvements in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy and cost control.
Candidate Profile
4–7 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
Experience in F&B;, FMCG, Retail or Food Distribution preferred.
Graduate preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
Positive leadership and team-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work as per operational requirements.
