Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Female HR Recruiters for our Non-IT Recruitment team in Hyderabad. Candidates with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Freshers and candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or relevant fields can apply.

Roles and Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment status.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate coordination.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Candidates with relevant recruitment or industry experience will be preferred.

Salary Structure

Freshers
13,000 take-home salary.
Incentives from the first month.
