Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and joining.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and references.
Screen candidates and assess their suitability for client mandates.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and joining.




Build candidate pipelines and maintain solid candidate relationships.
Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within defined timelines.

Required Skills
Solid sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Excel.
Ability to handle multiple mandates and work towards targets.

Preferred Background

Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Recruitment, or Executive Search is preferred.

Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
