Job Description:

We are looking for an Application & Systems Analyst (UAT) with experience in digital payments to manage end-to-end UAT testing, NPCI certification, client testing, merchant onboarding, PSP integration, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage UAT cycles, client testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
Support NPCI certification, documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
Perform API testing, PSP integrations, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
Handle production issues, escalations, deployments, and go-live readiness.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams, while guiding junior team members.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in UAT testing, application support, or system analysis.
Solid knowledge of digital payment systems such as UPI, IMPS, BBPS, AePS, or API Banking.
Proficiency in SQL/MySQL, Apache Tomcat, API testing, and defect management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
Understanding of deployment, configuration management, incident management, and NPCI certification.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
