Role & responsibilities:
Access Control & Security: Monitor gates and entryways, verify credentials of visitors, and manage the flow of traffic in and out of the premises.
Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage or doors, and provide a welcoming, qualified first impression of the property.
Patrolling & Monitoring: Conduct routine checks of the surrounding areas, ensuring safety and reporting any suspicious activities.
Lobby Management.
Visitor Management, Queue & Flow Management.
Access Control & Security: Integrating with building security systems to verify identities, monitor restricted areas, and enforce compliance.
Reducing congestion during peak hours.

Preferred candidate profile:
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended shifts and remain highly alert.
Interpersonal Skills: A polite, courteous, and disciplined demeanor to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
Grooming Standards: Often requires wearing a designated uniform and maintaining a neat appearance.
