We are hiring a Financial Analyst on behalf of our client. This is a remote role, so you can work from anywhere. You will analyze financial data, build models, and prepare reports that help the business make smart financial decisions. Role & responsibilities
Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance to provide actionable insights
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and explain key drivers
Support budgeting and forecasting (FP&A;) cycles
Perform valuation and investment analysis (DCF, ROI, NPV, IRR) as required
Review financial statements and track key financial KPIs
Create dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders
Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams through online tools




Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
0 to 1 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, or related role (internships count)
Robust understanding of financial statements, ratios, and accounting principles
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with video meetings and online collaboration tools
Reliable internet connection and own laptop
