We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer BIW / Sheet Metal to join our
automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BIW product
design, sheet metal components, and UG NX, along with a robust understanding of
automotive product development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop BIW structures and sheet metal components using UG NX.
Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
Work on Part Design, Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Drafting modules.
Perform GD&T;, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Manage BOMs using Teamcenter/PLM.
Ensure designs comply with OEM standards and manufacturing feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
