Principal Responsibilities:
Manage QSR outlets across the beverages (coffee)
Take ownership of the end-to-end restaurant experience and product quality across outlets.
Oversee and ensure supply chain efficiency in coordination with the Kitchen Operations Manager.
Take charge of recent store launches, including site readiness, setup, and rollout.
Oversee store-level marketing execution to drive footfalls and sales.
Manage manning across outlets, including staffing, rostering, training, and productivity.
Drive quality management and consistency across food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Monitor operational and P&L; metrics across the QSR network.
