Perform complex cardiovascular surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart valve repair/replacement, and aortic surgery.
Conduct pre-operative assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care throughout the perioperative period.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in cardiothoracic surgery techniques and technologies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications.
