Achieve gold loan disbursement, portfolio growth, renewal and customer acquisition targets for the assigned area.
Identify business prospects and develop strategies to increase the gold loan portfolio and market share.
Monitor branch-wise business performance and implement corrective measures wherever required.
Develop relationships with existing customers, prospective borrowers and local business communities.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 8 to 20 years of relevant experience in the NBFC.
Prior experience in gold loan operations and managing multiple branches is essential.
