Role & responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to home loans, EMIs, interest rates, disbursements, insurance, and loan servicing.
Process customer service requests such as SOA, interest certificates, NOC, foreclosure, and part-payment requests.
Resolve customer complaints within prescribed turnaround times and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Legal, Technical, Collection, and Branch teams for issue resolution.
Respond to escalations received through branches, emails, customer care, and regulatory channels.
Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and customer service standards.
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and MIS reports for service requests and complaints.
Communicate professionally with customers through phone, email, and written correspondence.




Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Deliver high-quality customer service by demonstrating ownership, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Mandatory Requirements:
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory for customer interactions over phone calls.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.

Experience Preferred
Experience in customer service, operations, or servicing functions related to Home Loan or similar lending products.
Exposure to customer handling, email management, and cross-functional coordination within a financial services workplace.
