Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding IT courses, training programs, and career prospects.
Explain course details, fees, duration, batch timings, and placement assistance.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in students.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain daily admission records and update student databases.
Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their career goals.
Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by management.
Coordinate with trainers and the placement team for student-related queries.




Maintain good relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in counselling, sales, telecalling, or admissions will be an advantage.
