We are looking for a proactive skilled to drive fundraising and build partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutional stakeholders to support education and social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue fundraising prospects across CSR, grants, and institutional funding.
Build relationships with corporates, foundations, and other potential funding partners.
Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and existing partners.
Identify and respond to relevant funding opportunities and government tenders.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
Manage partner relationships and ensure timely reporting and communication.
Represent the organisation at relevant meetings,
events, and conferences.
Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or institutional funding.
Proven track record of independently raising ₹2 crore or more annually.
Robust communication, proposal-writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, target-oriented approach to work.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Interest in education and social impact.
