Role Overview

TYGA is looking for a Retail HR Executive with experience in the retail industry to manage HR operations across multiple stores. The candidate should be capable of handling high-pressure hiring requirements, employee grievances, onboarding, training, and coordination with store teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume recruitment for multiple retail stores within tight timelines.
Manage employee grievances and support employee engagement.
Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities.




Organize training programs for store staff and store managers.
Handle HR vendors and staffing agencies.
Support store managers with day-to-day HR activities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Travel to multiple retail stores as required to support HR operations.

Requirements
Previous HR experience in the retail industry is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple store requirements and high-pressure hiring.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
Willingness to travel regularly across multiple retail stores is mandatory.
