Job Summary

/n

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid Engineering/STEM background to manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of business and technical objectives.

/n

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Engineering, Technology, Product, Operations, Data, and Business teams and should have robust project planning, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Own projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure.
/n
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
/n
Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Technology, Operations, Data, QA,



and Business teams to drive project execution.
/n
Track project performance through KPIs, dashboards, MIS, status reports, and project metrics.
/n
Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution and escalation.
/n
Conduct regular project reviews and maintain RAID logs, action trackers, project plans, and governance reports.
/n
Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
/n
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
/n
Support process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
/n
Prepare executive-level project updates and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
/n
