Position Overview

/n

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to design and build custom plugins for Autodesk Revit, enhancing and extending functionality for complex engineering and design workflows.

/n

This role is ideal for a solid hands-on engineer with expertise in C# and desktop application development, who can build rich UI experiences and contribute to scalable backend integrations using modern distributed systems.

What You’ll Do

/n

Plugin Development (Core Responsibility)

/n

/n
Design and develop custom plugins for Autodesk Revit using:




/n
C# / .NET
/n
Revit API
/n
Extend Revit capabilities to support advanced workflows and automation
/n
Ensure plugins are robust, performant, and user-friendly
/n
Debug and resolve complex issues within the Revit workplace
/n

/n

Desktop UI Development

/n

/n
Build intuitive and responsive UI using:
/n
WPF / WinForms (preferred: WPF)
/n
MVVM design pattern
/n
Design usable and efficient interfaces for engineering/design users
/n
Ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and performance
/n

/n

Backend Integration & Systems

/n

/n
Integrate plugins with backend systems and services
/n
Work with:
/n
Postgres and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
/n
Apache Kafka for event-driven workflows
/n
Enable data synchronization, processing, and automation pipelines

System Design & Architecture

Contribute to design and architecture
