About Accounting, Payroll, & Accounts Payable:

Job Responsibilities:
Manages the Accounts Payable process
Process invoices and ensuretimely,accuratepayments to vendors using the Coupa platform.
Review, code, and route invoices for approval within COUPA Invoice Smash,.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintainaccountspayable records andsupportingdocumentation.
Assistwith month-end closing, accruals, and reporting.
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional,timelymanner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Support continuous process improvements and other accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications:
1 to3+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-site organization.
Experience inusing Coupa for invoice processingand accountspayable workflows isrequired.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) is a Must along with problem-solving abilities.
High school diplomarequired; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
