Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain integrated financial models.
Valuations: Perform DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and LBO models.
Transaction Support: Assist in M&A;, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements.
Investor Materials: Prepare investor pitch decks, financial analyses, and deal documentation.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of core experience in financial modeling & transaction support.
Robust Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
Solid grasp of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals.
Ability to work independently with solid attention to detail.
