Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service of pharmaceutical machinery at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and maintain pharmaceutical machinery.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and provide technical support to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
Prepare service reports and maintain customer service records.
Travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 2–5 years in machinery servicing or a related manufacturing industry.
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for domestic and international service assignments.
