We are looking for an Education ERP System Configuration Engineer to support our education ERP system. He/She will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the education ERP Software modules and ensuring that they meet the educational institution requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities:
Configure the education ERP software modules such as admission process, staff management, Fees, classes management, assignment schedules, exams, certification, alumni management, etc. according to the educational needs
Manage the education ERP system configuration data and ensure its consistency, accuracy, and security
Monitor the education ERP system performance and availability and resolve any issues or incidents
Collaborate with education institution’s IT staff,



educators, students, and vendors to provide technical support and guidance on the education ERP system configuration and management over Phone and emails
Follow the best practices and standards for education ERP system configuration and management and adhere to the project specifications

Requirements:
Fresher or having an Experience in education ERP system configuration and management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality
