Key Responsibilities
Oversee all curricular and co-curricular activities in the school
Lead, mentor, and guide the teaching staff
Establish and sustain effective teaching-learning practices
Motivate and inspire teachers to perform at their best
Strengthen communication among parents, teachers, and students
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in any discipline, with a B.Ed or M.Ed
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including at least 2 years in an administrative role
Prior experience working in a CBSE school
Skills and Attributes
Genuine passion for teaching children and for continuous learning
Inspiring leadership and excellent communication skills
