Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Well versed in forging operations with hands-on experience in the manufacturing of open-die and closed-die forged components.

- Possess sound knowledge of forging processes, production planning, process parameters, and quality requirements.

- Experienced in handling forging activities while ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, and quality standards.

- Possesses a good personality, fair understanding of the subject, and must be a quick learner.

- Must be able to manage shift activities independently.

- Must be able to converse in Hindi language & write in English.

- Must have knowledge of TPM.





- Able to take up & drive improvement initiatives in his area of operation.

- Possess details regarding the equipment operation.

- Must be good at MS Office tools.

- Possesses valuable presentation skills.

- Must be able to coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance of equipment and during breakdown.

- Able to carry out root cause analysis of forging-related issues.
