Job Summary The Pavilion Manager will be responsible for owning and operating the HCLTech Chennai Pavilion as a world-class, immersive client engagement destination. The role will ensure that every visit is planned, curated and delivered as a structured experience that showcases HCLTech's capabilities, industry solutions, demos, thought leadership and outcome-led value propositions.

This is not a traditional event coordination or facility management role. It is a strategic client-experience role that blends executive briefing management, customer experience orchestration, demo governance, stakeholder alignment, operational excellence and experience innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own daily operations of the Chennai Pavilion and ensure it remains client-ready at all times.
- Define and manage pavilion governance,



operating rhythms, SOPs, checklists and escalation mechanisms.
- Maintain operational standards across briefing areas, demo pods, discussion zones, digital displays and visitor-facing spaces.
- Ensure compliance with HCLTech security, facility, branding, visitor management and client confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate with facilities, security, IT, AV and support teams for smooth pavilion functioning.
- Maintain a readiness calendar covering demos, content, equipment, branding, housekeeping and visitor logistics.
