Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Intern role based in the Pune Division.

The Presales

Intern will support the sales and consulting teams by understanding client requirements, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting in solution mapping for digital marketing and Amazon-related services. Daily tasks include conducting basic market and client research, organizing product and service information, coordinating with internal teams to gather inputs, and participating in client calls or meetings as needed. The role also involves documenting client interactions,



maintaining presales records, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.

The intern will learn to identify client pain points and communicate how TechSurvi’s offerings can address those needs.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, assess data, and support solution recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Foundational Consulting and Presales abilities to assist in crafting proposals, presentations, and solution overviews.
- Customer Service mindset to respond promptly to queries, maintain professionalism, and support a positive client experience.
- Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
