Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about services.
- Explain service features, benefits, and offerings clearly to customers.
- Meet assigned performance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- 12th passed or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Good customer-handling and active listening skills.
