Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital platforms, channel partners, referrals, and other sources.

- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, property type, configuration, investment or home-buying objectives, and purchase timeline.

- Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT).

- Share accurate project information and recommend suitable properties based on customer requirements.

- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through regular follow-ups.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.

- Maintain consistent follow-ups until lead conversion or closure.

- Update CRM systems with customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up details.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls,

- Track lead sources and provide feedback to the marketing team.

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and property pricing.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Good listening and questioning abilities to understand customer needs.

- Ability to identify genuine buying intent and qualify leads effectively.

- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
