We're looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect who can turn retail business challenges into winning solutions. You'll partner with sales to shape deals, design enterprise retail technology architectures, and present them with confidence to the clients.

What You'll Do

- Lead solutioning for RFPs and RFIs, including architecture, scope, effort estimates, and commercial inputs.
- Run discovery workshops to understand the client's business goals, current landscape, and pain points.
- Design end-to-end retail solutions across platforms, integrations, and business processes.
- Deliver compelling demos, orals, and solution presentations that win deals.
- Build proposals, SOWs, and pricing models with sales and delivery leadership.
- Handle deals through qualification, solutioning, negotiation support, and handover to delivery.
- Create reusable accelerators, POCs, and pitch assets.

What You Bring
- 12+ years in technical domain,



with at least 4 years in client-facing pre-sales.
- A proven record of winning deals, including RFP ownership, orals, and deal shaping.
- Robust experience and hands-on architecture experience across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2C & B2B Commerce (Lightning), Salesforce OMS, Loyalty Management, Data 360, and Agentforce and MuleSoft.
- Strong grasp of retail processes: omnichannel, fulfillment, inventory, returns, and marketplaces.
- The ability to estimate effort and build credible commercial models.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills.
