Position: Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners and supporting their overall academic, social, emotional, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities for Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG students.
- Develop engaging lesson plans using play-based and activity-based learning methods.
- Teach foundational concepts such as language, numeracy, general awareness, and basic life skills.
- Encourage children's creativity through art, craft, music, storytelling, rhymes, and role play.
- Maintain a positive, secure, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's learning, behaviour, and developmental progress.
- Maintain proper records of student attendance, activities, and progress.




- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's development and classroom activities.
- Ensure classroom resources and teaching materials are well maintained.
- Encourage good manners, discipline, independence, sharing, and social skills among children.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, workshops, and other activities.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree with a Montessori / ECCE / NTT / D.Ed. / B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior experience working with Pre-Primary students will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, patient, caring, and approachable personality.
- Ability to engage young children through creative and interactive teaching methods.
- Basic knowledge of child development and early childhood education.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English is required.

Experience 1–5 years of relevant experience in a reputed school preferred. Skills: teaching,communication,english
