Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor Program in Mechanical Engineering

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

- Monitor and maintain all turbine instrumentation systems.

- Ensure proper functioning of pressure, temperature, vibration, speed, level, flow, and displacement sensors.

- Verify calibration and accuracy of field instruments.

- Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.

- Coordinate routine inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.

- Manage instrumentation activities during turbine overhauls and shutdowns.

- Ensure timely replacement of defective instruments and control components.

- Maintain turbine control systems (DEH/EHC systems).





- Ensure reliability of turbine protection systems such as:

- Overspeed protection

- Bearing vibration protection

- Axial shift protection

- Differential expansion monitoring

- Low vacuum protection

- Lube oil protection systems

- Verify all protection interlocks and trip logics.
