Job Purpose

- To review, analyse, evaluate and document the reporting requirements of internal and external stakeholders to help identify data centric business problems and propose solutions by way of metrics,

insights, reporting and AI solutions.
- Perform quality assurance
- Help design, develop, document and maintain data centric deliverables

Key Accountabilities

Process Management

- Review existing systems and business documentation if applicable and provide data analysis to identify gaps in requirements and define scope of solution.
- Ensure that all the documentation is stored and versioned correctly and adheres to company, systems development life cycle and respective standards.
- Provide estimates as required

Requirements Gathering

- Work with stakeholders to ensure their data requirements are understood and met with the optimal technology solutions ensuring that all options have been explored to achieve their overall key drivers and outcomes
- Gather all the data requirements using the most appropriate method,

clarify ambiguities with stakeholders and track all queries.

Pre/Post Implementation

- Support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
- Participate in post implementation reviews and promote the ‘lessons learned’ to achieve improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices.
- Assist with the shaping of the solution, working with the team to leverage core capabilities
- Identify and utilise the appropriate methodology and templates
- Analyse and determine problemsissuesopportunities.
- Ensure that the data centric deliverables meet the needs of the client,

project manager, developer and test audience.

Health & Safety

- Adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety policy, ensuring that you do not act in an unsafe manner.
- Identify any issues requiring attention to the Health and Safety

Experience

- 2 – 3 years’ previous experience in Reporting/Data Analysis in a large organisation.
- Proven experience with creating data centric deliverables (metrics and reporting)
- Practical experience with the software development life cycle.
- Practical experience in reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proficient with MS Office

Experience

- A relevant Tertiary qualification preferred.
