Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of PMO / Program Governance experience
- Experience supporting Procurement Transformation programs
- Robust understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and/or S2C (Source-to-Contract) processes
- Experience managing governance activities such as RAID logs, action tracking, project reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Experience

- Procurement transformation or change programs
- Global stakeholder engagement
- Consulting backgrounds such as EY, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, or PwC
- Exposure to SharePoint, Power BI, ADO, Ariba, or Fieldglass

Profiles Not Suitable

- Pure Business Analysts with no PMO/governance ownership
- IT PMOs without procurement domain experience
- Technical Project Managers
- Procurement operations candidates without project/program management exposure
- Junior profiles with limited experience
