About the Role

We are building a new interview-based podcast featuring influencers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, creators and experts from India and international markets, including Dubai and the Arab world.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and research-oriented intern who can help us discover interesting guests, connect with their teams and coordinate podcast interview opportunities.

This internship is ideal for students or freshers interested in podcasting, influencer marketing, public relations, media and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and shortlist potential podcast guests, including influencers, entrepreneurs, celebrities and industry experts.
- Identify official contact details, business emails, management teams and PR agencies.
- Reach out to potential guests through professional emails, Instagram DMs and LinkedIn.
- Draft personalized podcast invitations and follow-up messages.
- Communicate professionally with guests and their representatives.
- Maintain a database of potential guests, outreach status, responses and confirmed interviews.
- Research guest backgrounds and suggest interesting interview topics and questions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with guest communication.
- Identify trending personalities and topics that could generate engaging podcast clips and social media content.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students or freshers interested in media, journalism, mass communication, marketing, public relations or content creation.
- Good written English and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable researching people and brands on Instagram, YouTube,



LinkedIn and Google.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Interest in podcasts, influencers, entrepreneurship and digital media.

Bonus: Knowledge of Arabic, experience with influencer outreach, or an existing interest in the Middle East creator ecosystem.

Internship Details
- Duration: 2–3 months.
- Working hours: Versatile, approximately 2–3 hours per day.
- Work mode: Remote or hybrid, depending on location and mutual agreement.
- Compensation: Any stipend or reimbursement will be communicated clearly before the internship begins.
- Certificate: Internship completion certificate based on successful completion of the agreed learning objectives.
