Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Plant Manager (PEB) to manage overall plant operations, production, fabrication, quality, manpower, and timely dispatch of PEB structures while ensuring productivity, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day PEB plant operations and production planning.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling, assembly, and painting activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely project deliveries.
- Manage manpower, machinery utilization, maintenance, and material planning.
- Implement quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, quality, project, and dispatch departments.
- Monitor production costs, wastage,



and overall plant efficiency.
- Lead production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor teams.

Eligibility & Experience
- Experience: 10–15 years in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication, including plant management experience.
- Solid knowledge of PEB fabrication processes, machinery, and production planning.
- Experience in manpower management, quality control, and production scheduling.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and safety practices.
