Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manufacturing Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plush toys and accessories manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, coordinating with workers and vendors, ensuring product quality, monitoring inventory, and achieving production targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the manufacturing unit and ensure smooth production.
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet business requirements and delivery deadlines.
- Supervise workers, production staff, and other unit personnel.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with defined quality standards.
- Monitor raw materials, inventory levels, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
- Track production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain production reports,



attendance records, inventory records, and other operational documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, factory operations, or production management.
- Experience in soft toys, plush toys, textile products, garments, accessories, or a related manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
- Robust coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to manage production targets and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
