Role Objective

We are looking for a Planning Analyst who can develop, maintain and monitor project schedules for multiple Renewable Energy EPC projects while supporting portfolio-level planning and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop Integrated Master Schedule.
- Update weekly progress from site teams.
- Monitor planned vs actual progress.
- Identify schedule variance and critical path.
- Perform delay analysis and recovery planning.
- Forecast project completion dates.
- Monitor resource loading and productivity.




- Track baseline changes and maintain variation register.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
- Support PMO Lead in weekly project reviews.
- Generate planning reports for management.
