Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with HR heads, recruiters, and corporate organizations.
- Generate placement opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Bring new companies to campus for recruitment drives.
- Build long-term corporate partnerships for placements and internships.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and student selection processes.
- Understand employer requirements and share suitable student profiles.
- Maintain corporate databases and placement reports.
- Achieve targets for new recruiters and placement opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA in Marketing or HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, recruitment, or campus placements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and LinkedIn.
- Candidates with robust corporate connections and a proven record of generating business or recruitment opportunities will be preferred.
