Job SummaryPhysiopod Healthcare Centre is looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Physiotherapist to assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver effective physiotherapy interventions. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centred approach to rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other appropriate rehabilitation techniques.
- Manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative conditions, and mobility-related problems.
- Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans according to clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance,



and hygiene of physiotherapy equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality, and clinical safety protocols.
- Support patient retention through effective communication, treatment guidance, and follow-up.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the healthcare centre.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is an added advantage.
- Relevant clinical experience is preferred; freshers with strong clinical skills may apply.
- Applicable professional registration, where required.
