Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Physiotherapist will assess patients using clinical evaluations, movement analysis, and functional tests to diagnose pain, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal issues. They will design and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, pain reduction, strength, flexibility, and functional recovery.

The role includes guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and device-assisted interventions, while educating them on posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications.



The Physiotherapist will document progress, adjust treatment plans using data-driven insights and AI-supported tools, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of patient safety, ethics, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Licensed physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid registration with relevant professional council.
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery, including assessment and treatment planning.
- Ability to conduct detailed functional and movement assessments, interpret findings, and translate them into personalized therapy programs.
- Comfort working with technology, including digital health tools, AI-assisted assessments, electronic health records, and tele-consultation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate, motivate, and support patients from diverse backgrounds in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- Strong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a structured caseload in a quick-growing clinical environment.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; experience in ergonomic counseling or sports rehab is an advantage.

- Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adhere to high standards of professional ethics, safety, and patient confidentiality.
