nWhat You‘ll Do:
n

Define project scope, work plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource requirements, and governance frameworks.n
Manage end-to-end project execution including schedules, risks, issues, change controls, and stakeholder communications.n
Lead enterprise infrastructure, migration, transformation, and data center projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.n
Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, operations, vendors,



and business stakeholders.n
Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.n
Support testing, training, cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare support, and transition-to-support processes.n
Monitor project financials including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and scope management.n
Prepare and present project status reports, governance updates, and executive-level communications.n
Ensure project documentation, approvals, deliverables, lessons learned, and compliance requirements are completed.n
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.n
