Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce 101kudos services.
Clearly communicate the perks and features of our services to prospects
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to answer any questions and address concerns.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
