We're looking for a Client Servicing Lead who can own relationships, lead teams and turn client ambitions into exceptional brand work.
Growth Narrative is a creative & film agency building premium and luxury brands across Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B;, Beauty, Wellness and Fashion.

01 | Client & Account Leadership
Be the trusted client partner — understand business objectives, challenge briefs and bring strategic value to every conversation.
02 | End-to-End Ownership
Take projects from brief to big idea to final execution, ensuring seamless delivery, timelines and quality.
03 | Creative Collaboration
Work closely with strategy, creative, design and production teams to turn ideas into compelling work.
04 | Relationships & Growth
Build lasting client relationships, anticipate needs and identify opportunities to grow the account.
05 | Quality & Detail
Be the final eye for accuracy,
consistency and excellence across every deliverable.
06 | Commercial Ownership
Understand budgets, profitability and the business behind every account.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Min. 6–8 years of experience in client servicing, account management or brand management, in a creative, advertising or digital agency.
Proven experience leading teams and owning accounts/projects end-to-end.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Strategic thinking with a sharp eye for detail.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, collaborative workplace.
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and project collaboration tools.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or a related field.
