Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pathanamthitta district. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the development of proposals and presentations. Daily activities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions,



and following up on leads to convert them into long-term engagements. The Business Development Officer will manage pipelines, assist in pricing and basic financial assessments, and ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also involves preparing regular reports on business development activities and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Customer Service, with the ability to build and sustain professional client relationships.
