Role Objective
We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can independently identify potential U.S. healthcare clients, initiate conversations, conduct discovery and demo calls, negotiate commercial terms, and close recent business. You will own the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to signed agreements (MOUs, SOWs, and NDAs) while collaborating closely with our internal technical and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research target U.S. healthcare providers, medical groups, and billing partners via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, conferences, and outbound calls.
• Pipeline Management: Contact C-suite, practice managers,



and decision-makers to schedule and run discovery meetings and product demos independently.
• Solution Consulting: Understand client RCM pain points (denials, coding, AR delays) and articulate how our AI and automation solutions solve them.
• Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare custom proposals, business cases, and commercial offers; handle objections and lead pricing/contract discussions.
• End-to-End Deal Closing: Coordinate with internal operations, tech, and legal teams to finalize MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and service-level agreements.
• Target Achievement: Consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, pipeline growth, and closed-won revenue.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Experience: 4+ years of proven B2B sales/business development experience.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid background selling U.S. Healthcare RCM, medical billing outsourcing, healthcare SaaS, AI, or automation solutions.
