· Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for construction projects.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.

· Recruit candidates for positions such as Site Engineers, Civil Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Coordinators, Electricians, Technicians, Skilled/Unskilled Workers, and other construction-related roles.

· Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Coordinate documentation, joining formalities,



and onboarding activities.

· Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies as per manpower requirements.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

· Coordinate with project/site teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

· Maintain accurate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.

· Support the HR team in other recruitment and employee-related activities as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
