Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and provide friendly, qualified service.
Explain cake varieties, bakery products, and ongoing offers to customers.
Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
Handle billing and payments accurately, if required.
Maintain product displays and ensure the sales area is clean and organized.
Support daily shop operations and coordinate with other staff members.
Help achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Languages: Malayalam communication skills are required.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kollam.
Versatile to work according to the assigned part time shift.
