We're looking for an experienced cook to lead our all-electric kitchen and make our signature omelettes and sandwiches consistently well.
Responsibilities
Prepare the omelette range (including kappa, prawn and egg-white omelettes) and sandwiches to standard recipes
Prepare protein packs and salads (steamed eggs, sprouts, chickpeas, chicken and broccoli)
Plan daily prep and maintain the kitchen's stock levels
Train and supervise line cooks and the kitchen assistant
Follow hygiene, temperature-logging and food safety rules
Requirements
3+ years as a cook in a café, hotel or QSR
Solid egg and grill skills; knowledge of Kerala flavours is a plus
Experience with induction or electric kitchen equipment preferred
Clean, organised and able to work calmly during rush hours
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
