Manage the day-to-day operations of the plant store and warehouse.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, finished goods, and other inventory.
Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Ensure proper binning, labelling, identification, and systematic storage of materials.
Maintain GRN, Material Issue Slips, Material Transfer Notes, Gate Passes, and other store-related documents.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material receipts and pending deliveries.
Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance Teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.




Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
Ensure proper handling and storage of critical and high-value materials.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
Lead and supervise store personnel, including Store Executives, Supervisors, and Helpers.
Prepare and share regular inventory and stock reports with management.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for better inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
