Role Overview

Build and grow partnerships that expand the company’s reach, strengthen its professional community and drive customer acquisition. The role combines partner outreach, relationship management and execution, with a focus on turning new connections into active collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential partners, including physiotherapists, clinics, wellness specialists, communities and relevant brands.
• Develop partnership proposals with clear objectives, commercial terms and benefits for both parties.
• Manage the partnership cycle—from prospecting and introductory conversations to negotiation, onboarding and activation.
• Build relationships with physiotherapists and encourage their participation in the company’s skilled community.
• Work with marketing and internal teams to execute referral programmes, joint campaigns, events and other collaborations.




• Maintain regular contact with partners, address queries and identify opportunities to deepen engagement.
• Track outreach, conversions, partner activity and business outcomes; maintain an updated partnership pipeline.
• Gather partner feedback and market insights to improve the partnership offering.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in partnerships, business development, alliances or community-led growth.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to initiate conversations, build credibility and manage relationships with varied stakeholders.
• Comfortable owning outreach targets and following through on execution in an early-stage setting.
• Commercial judgement and a structured approach to tracking progress and outcomes.
• Exposure to healthcare, wellness, consumer brands or qualified communities would be an advantage.
