Job Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons to students according to the prescribed curriculum.
Facilitate the development of reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, and examinations; provide constructive feedback.
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning setting.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent‑teacher conferences, and school events.
Incorporate technology and cutting-edge teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate academic records.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.

Essential Qualifications




Graduate degree in English or a related field (B.A. English), Bachelor of Education (B.ed).
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or any recognized teacher certification.
Proficiency in English language (both written and spoken).
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Desired Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment design.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e‑learning platforms.
